• Develop our core divisions making each stand alone and accountable by 30th June 2009.
• Develop and implement management systems making all areas of Welltech clear and accessible including a concise and accurate organising chart- clarifying all positions, responsibilities and expectations by 30th June 2009.
• Implement training for all staff with the valuable final product to be a polished, professional and accountable team that can work together and feed from each other’s strengths.
